These Terms of Service are between you and OKMY GROUP LLC, doing business as ASINPeek (“ASINPeek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They describe the use of the ASINPeek Chrome extension for Amazon listing research, including accounts, paid plans, and the free trial.
1. Plans and free trial
ASINPeek currently offers a 7-day trial, a monthly plan at $6.99, and an annual plan at $59.99. The available marketplace and features are described on the ASINPeek website and may change as the product develops.
One email address may receive one trial. Trial access begins after successful email verification.
2. Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect and process payment and billing information, issue receipts, and provide subscription-management functions. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Unless cancelled through the available subscription-management tools, a paid plan may renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout. The price and billing interval shown at checkout apply to that transaction.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your ASINPeek subscription at any time through the subscription-management functionality provided by ASINPeek or Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals and access will continue until the end of the applicable paid subscription period, unless otherwise specified.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original transaction or, for a renewed subscription, within 14 calendar days of the renewal transaction. Refund eligibility and processing remain subject to Paddle's policies, applicable exceptions, and mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds, cancellations, and applicable withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, as well as any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. See our Refund Policy for details and how to request a refund.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
4. Account and devices
An ASINPeek subscription is associated with the email used for the account. A subscription may support up to two authorized browser installations or devices. ASINPeek may limit or revoke access when it detects abuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing.
5. Keepa API key and third-party services
Some features require your own Keepa API key. You are responsible for obtaining that key and complying with Keepa's terms and limits. ASINPeek is independent from Amazon and Keepa and does not provide a Keepa subscription.
ASINPeek also operates with third-party services, including Paddle, Resend, and Cloudflare. Their own terms and policies may apply.
6. Marketplace and feature availability
The current release is designed for Amazon US. Additional marketplaces are planned, but availability and data coverage may vary by marketplace, listing, browser, or third-party service.
7. Acceptable use
You may use ASINPeek only for lawful business and research purposes. Do not attempt to bypass subscription limits, interfere with the service, misuse third-party credentials, or use ASINPeek in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms.
8. Service information and limitations
ASINPeek provides research and calculation tools. Results may depend on information displayed by Amazon, data supplied by Keepa, and inputs entered by the user. ASINPeek does not guarantee product eligibility, intellectual-property status, sales, profit, Buy Box placement, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when plans, features, marketplaces, or payment processes change. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision.
